Measurement-based care
Every adjustment is guided by 3D imaging and neurological testing, not guesswork.
Gentle by design
No twisting and no popping. Most patients describe the correction as a light touch.
Built for long-term partnership
Care plans taper as your body holds alignment. The goal is for you to need us less, not more.
Outcomes that matter
Honest numbers, tracked patient by patient.
Every patient receives a written progress report every 12 weeks. These are the patterns we see most often across that data.
- 87%
- of migraine patients report a meaningful drop in frequency by week 8
- 9 of 10
- vertigo patients describe reduced episode severity in the first month
- 72%
- of long-term neck pain patients hold their correction longer year over year
- 3.4x
- longer average sleep stretches reported after 90 days of care

Why the upper neck
The two vertebrae that quietly run the show.
The atlas (C1) and axis (C2) sit where the spine meets the brainstem. They are responsible for protecting the most concentrated bundle of nerve tissue in the body, supporting the full weight of the head, and allowing nearly half of all neck rotation.
When the upper cervical spine shifts, even slightly, the body adapts. Muscles tighten, the pelvis rotates, one leg measures shorter, posture leans. The nervous system idles in a low-grade state of alert. Many symptoms patients believe are unrelated trace back to this single hinge.
- Houses the lowest portion of the brainstem
- Sits at the crossroads of balance, vision, and posture
- Influences vagal nerve tone and autonomic regulation
- Acts as the foundation that the rest of the spine builds on
What we treat
Care for the patients others have given up on.
Migraines & Headaches
Reduce frequency and intensity by addressing the upper neck, not just the symptoms.
Vertigo & Dizziness
Restore balance through precise correction of the C1 and C2 vertebrae.
Post-Concussion Syndrome
Support recovery from lingering symptoms after head and neck trauma.
Chronic Neck & Back Pain
Gentle care that helps the body hold an adjustment longer between visits.
TMJ & Jaw Tension
Relieve pressure through the cranial base where jaw and neck meet.
Sleep & Fatigue Issues
Calm the nervous system so deep, restorative sleep can return.
Fibromyalgia Symptoms
Reduce flare-ups by addressing nervous system irritation at its source.
Numbness & Tingling
Address the nerve interference that contributes to extremity symptoms.
Who we help
If any of this sounds familiar, this is the right place.
The chronic migraine veteran
You have a folder of imaging, a drawer of medication, and a calendar shaped around symptoms. You are looking for a different conversation.
The post-concussion patient
Months after the hit, fall, or accident, the brain fog, light sensitivity, and dizziness have not quite left. Recovery has plateaued.
The dizzy and unsteady
Rooms tilt, your head feels disconnected from your body, and ENT workups have come back inconclusive. You want to feel grounded again.
The active adult who keeps re-injuring
You train hard and the same areas keep flaring. Treating the symptom never holds. You are ready to look at the foundation.
Families and children
Gentle, low force care for kids with recurring headaches, posture concerns, or lingering symptoms after a fall on the field.
Older adults and seniors
Many of our most loyal patients are in their 70s, 80s, and 90s. The technique is gentle enough for the most cautious body.
Inside the toolkit
Four tools we use on every visit.
No two upper cervical practices look alike. Stillpoint blends two of the most respected protocols in the field with objective neurological tracking so every decision is rooted in data, not guesswork.

NUCCA
The National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association protocol uses precise measurements taken from upright X-ray to calculate a custom correction vector for your atlas.
Blair Technique
A 3D imaging based approach that accounts for the asymmetry of your individual upper neck anatomy. No two corrections are alike.
Surface EMG & Thermography
Neurological scans that track how your nervous system is functioning between visits. These tell us when your body is holding the correction.
Postural & Gait Analysis
A baseline read of how your body moves under gravity, including leg length, pelvic level, and shoulder height.
How we practice
Four quiet rules we will never break.
Measure, do not guess
Every adjustment is calculated from your own imaging. We will never tell you what you need without showing you why.
Less force, more precision
The smallest correct input produces the largest change. Heavy handed care is rarely necessary and almost never sustainable.
Care plans should taper
Our goal is to need you less over time. We are honest when a maintenance schedule of once every few months is the right answer.
Patients are partners
You will see your imaging, your scans, and your numbers. You will always know exactly where you are in your care.
What sets us apart
Specialty care looks different in practice.
Most chiropractic offices are general practice. We are not. Here is what that distinction looks like in your visit.

Patient stories
Real relief, in their own words.
“After eleven years of chronic migraines and a cabinet full of medication, I went four straight weeks without one. I genuinely did not believe this was possible for me.”
Marisol H.
Patient since 2022
“Dr. Lindgren took the time to actually look at my imaging with me and explain what she was seeing. I left my first visit feeling like someone finally heard me.”
Daniel R.
Post-concussion recovery
“The adjustment is so gentle I asked her if she had done anything yet. Then the room stopped spinning for the first time in months.”
Annette K.
