Are you really licensed?+
Yes. NC Unlimited Electrical License #32147, posted on every truck and quote. We are bonded for $2M and carry $1M in liability.
Do you handle the permit and inspection?+
Always. Permit fees are in the quote, we file with Wake County (or Durham/Orange), we meet the inspector, and we send you the signed-off card.
Why are you more expensive than the guy on Nextdoor?+
Because we are licensed, insured, permitted, and warrantied. The cheap quote rarely includes any of those four things.
How long does a panel upgrade take?+
Most 200A upgrades are an 8-hour day. Power is back on by dinner. We coordinate the Duke Energy meter pull and reset.
Do you do free EV charger consultations?+
Yes. We come out, do a load calc, recommend a charger and circuit, and quote in writing. No charge, no obligation.
