Do you charge for estimates?+
Free written estimates for any job over $500. Service calls are flat $59, waived if we do the work.
Are you really 24/7?+
Yes. Burst pipes, sewer backups, gas leaks, no hot water with a baby in the house. Call any hour, a real person answers.
What about overtime fees?+
We do not charge overtime. Ever. Weekends, holidays, 2am. Flat rate is flat rate.
How is your pricing set?+
We use a national flat-rate book updated every quarter. You see the price before we lift a wrench.
Do you pull permits?+
Yes, every time it is required. Water heater swaps, gas line work, re-pipes, and sewer replacements all get pulled and signed off.
