How long does setup take?
Most teams are live in under an afternoon. Importers exist for Asana, Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, and a generic CSV. White-glove onboarding is included on Team and above.
Can we trial paid plans?
Yes. Team and Business include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Enterprise trials are run as a guided proof of value with our solutions team.
Is our data secure?
We're SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR-compliant, and offer SSO/SCIM on Business. Enterprise customers can deploy in their own VPC and meet HIPAA and FedRAMP Moderate.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We discount 20% on annual billing, plus startup, nonprofit, and education programs. Multi-year enterprise contracts are also negotiable.
What does the AI summarizer do?
It writes weekly digests per project, summarizes long comment threads, drafts status updates from raw activity, and turns meeting notes into tasks. You stay in control: it never edits work without approval.
Can we self-host?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We support deployments to your own AWS, GCP, or Azure VPC with the same release cadence as our cloud product.
