From inquiry to enrollment.

Inquire & visit
Submit a brief inquiry form and schedule a campus visit. Visits run year-round; admission tours run Tuesday and Thursday mornings during the school year.
August to January

Apply
Submit the application via SAO (Standard Application Online). The application includes a parent statement, two teacher recommendations, and a transcript.
Apply by January 15

Student visit & assessment
Applicants spend a half day on campus. Lower school candidates have a play-based screening; middle school candidates take the ISEE or our in-house assessment.
January to February

Decision & enrollment
Decisions are mailed in early March. Enrollment contracts and the first tuition installment are due by April 1.
March to April
2026 - 2027 tuition
Published openly. No upcharges.
Tuition includes books, technology, field trips, and a hot lunch on Thursdays. The lunch program and after-care are optional add-ons. Nothing else is invoiced separately during the school year.

An independent school should not be only for independently wealthy families.
Wren awards need-based tuition assistance to 42% of families through Clarity, the standard third-party need analysis used by NAIS schools. The application is confidential and never affects admission decisions.
