About
Hello, I'm Margaux.

I've been photographing weddings for twelve years and editorials for nine. I trained at RISD, apprenticed under a long-time New York wedding photographer, and moved to San Francisco in 2017 with a single camera and a stubborn belief that wedding photography could be more art than industry.
I take on a deliberately small number of weddings each year so I can give every couple the attention they deserve. My work tends to be quiet, observational, and warm. I'm drawn to honest moments: the second your father sees you in your dress, the laugh during the vows, the slow-dance no one was watching.
When I'm not photographing weddings I'm in the darkroom, walking my Brittany spaniel through Golden Gate Park, or chasing better light somewhere coastal.
