What sets us apart

The difference is real, and visible.

Most licensed daycare centers meet the minimum standards. We voluntarily hold ourselves to the highest ones in early childhood education.

  • Staff tenure

Industry average is under 3 years; high turnover disrupts attachment
Our lead teachers average 11 years with us - your child builds real bonds
  • Curriculum model

Packaged curricula followed by the calendar regardless of children's interests
Emergent, Reggio-inspired projects driven by what children are actually curious about
  • Outdoor time

One recess period, often skipped if staffing is tight
Two dedicated outdoor periods daily in all but severe weather, outdoors is part of the curriculum
  • Family communication

A paper sheet at pickup or a generic app notification
Daily written logs, Brightwheel photos, and real conversations at pickup every day
  • Meals

Pre-packaged meals heated on-site, limited nutritional standards
On-site kitchen, scratch cooking, locally sourced produce, full USDA food program participant
  • Accreditation

State licensed only, no voluntary quality rating
NAEYC accredited and Colorado Shines Level 4 - the top voluntary standards in early childhood

Getting started

Enrollment in five steps.

We make the process clear so you can focus on the exciting part: watching your child walk in on day one.

  1. 01

    Join the waitlist

Especially for infants. Submit a waitlist form online and we'll keep you updated as spots open. Your $75 deposit is fully refundable.

  2. 02

    Book a guided tour

Every enrolling family takes a 60-minute guided tour. You meet the teachers, see the classrooms, and bring your questions.

  3. 03

    Submit your enrollment packet

Once you're ready to enroll, we'll send you the digital packet. It includes health forms, authorization forms, and your first family interview.

  4. 04

    Teacher meet-and-greet

Before your first day, your child meets their teacher in a short, low-stakes visit so the first morning is already familiar.

  5. 05

    Gradual start week

We never do full days from day one. Your child begins with shorter days and builds up across the first week on a timeline we plan together.

Safety and accreditation

Held to the highest standards.

NAEYC accreditation is voluntary and earned through a rigorous multi-year review. Fewer than 10% of early childhood programs in the US hold it. We do.

  • State licensed
  • Colorado Shines Level 4
  • NAEYC accredited
  • First aid & CPR certified staff
