Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours notice on any change. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% service charge. Members receive one courtesy waiver per year.
The process
From request to written plan
Submit your request
Fill out the form or call the concierge line. Our team responds within one business day, usually the same afternoon.
Confirm your appointment
We find a time that works and send a calendar invite with a short intake form to complete from your phone before arrival.
Visia skin analysis
At your appointment, we begin with a digital Visia® skin analysis that maps your complexion in 8 dimensions, from UV damage to pore size.
Consultation with your provider
A 45-minute conversation with a licensed medical provider, not a sales coordinator. You will leave with a written plan and no obligation.

How far in advance do I need to book?
For consultations, we typically have availability within 5 to 7 business days. For same-day or next-day appointments, we recommend joining our concierge waitlist, which is included in all membership tiers.
