Are your products really safe around kids and pets?+
Our routine quarterly products are EPA Tier-Reduced-Risk. Safe to be home during treatment. We use stronger products only when truly needed, and only with your consent.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No. We bill quarterly, you can cancel any time, no fees. We have a 98% retention rate because we earn the renewal.
Will quarterly service handle a real roach problem?+
Probably not. Quarterly is for prevention. An active infestation gets our two-visit roach baiting program. We will tell you which you need.
Do you treat for mosquitoes year-round?+
April through October only. Outside of those months, our service does little because the population is dormant.
What about pollinators?+
We do not spray flowering plants. We use targeted baits over broadcast spray wherever possible. We are bee-friendly verified.
