Roach control

Two-visit gel baiting program for German cockroaches. 95% reduction within 30 days, lifetime free returns.
Termite inspection & treatment
From $895
Annual WDI inspection, Sentricon baiting, and Termidor perimeter treatment. WDI letters for real estate transactions $95.
Rodent control
From $385
Inspection, exclusion (sealing entry points), and snap-trap or bait-station service. We do not use bromethalin or anticoagulants near homes with raptors.
Mosquito control
$85/visit
Monthly fogging of mosquito harborage (April to October). Plus, we install and maintain CO2 traps for severe yards.
Bed bug heat treatment
$1,295 typical
Single-visit thermal remediation up to 135F. Pesticide-free option for sensitive households. Includes 60-day warranty.
Wildlife removal
Quote on site
Squirrels, raccoons, opossums, and bats. Live trap, exclusion, and entry-point sealing. Bat work seasonally restricted by TPWD.
One-time treatments
For specific problems (ant infestation, wasp nest, sudden spider issue). Service call $89, treatment from $145.

If quarterly is not solving it, we tell you and recommend the right targeted program. We do not push upgrades.
