About Eliza
A Charleston native. A designer at heart.

Eliza Marchetti
Eliza grew up walking the lanes of Ansonborough and the broad porches of Mt. Pleasant. After studying interior architecture at SCAD and a decade designing homes for clients across the Southeast, she returned home and earned her real estate license in 2017.
That background is felt in every transaction: a sharper eye for what a house could become, a steadier voice in negotiation, and a meticulous attention to the small details that make closing day actually feel like one.
She represents a deliberately small roster of clients each year so that every listing, every showing, and every late-evening question gets the response it deserves.

How we work
Four principles, no exceptions.
These are the rules we agreed to when we opened the practice. They have not changed.
A small roster, on purpose
Twelve to fifteen clients a year is a deliberate cap. It is the number that lets us answer texts the same day and walk a buyer through a third showing without rushing.
Honest pricing, every time
We will not flatter you into an unrealistic list price. The first two weeks on market are the most valuable, and we treat them that way.
Designer's eye, builder's ear
Ten years of interior architecture means we can tell you what is cosmetic, what is structural, and what a tasteful five-figure budget could really do.
Quiet competence
No hard sells, no manufactured urgency. We give you the data, the trade-offs, and the time to decide.
In their words
What clients say after closing.
“Eliza understood within two showings exactly what we were looking for — and what we'd talk ourselves into. She kept us calm, found the right house off-market, and negotiated $40k off the ask.”
“We had three competing offers within four days, all over asking. Her marketing photos felt like a magazine spread for our little Victorian.”
“Relocating from Boston felt impossible until we found Eliza. She FaceTime'd us through every showing and never once made us feel like the long-distance clients.”
