Every Summit Ridge job moves through the same six steps. One foreman owns the job from estimate to warranty registration. There are no handoffs, no surprises, and no upcharges on install day.

Free phone consult
A 10 minute call so we understand the roof, your goals, and your timeline. No estimator is dispatched until we know it is worth your time.

On-roof inspection
We walk the roof, photograph every plane, and pull a few shingles to check the deck. Drone inspection on slopes over 9:12.

Written proposal
Detailed line-item proposal within 48 hours, in plain English, with material samples we leave at your door.

Pre-install walkthrough
Foreman walks the property with you, marks landscaping to protect, and confirms the color, accessory, and dump-trailer placement.

Install day
Crew of 5 to 7, on site by 6:45a. Most homes finish in one day. Magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway at end of day.

Final inspection & registration
Job foreman and project manager walk the finished roof together, photograph everything, and register your manufacturer warranty within 5 business days.
