We tear off down to the deck on every replacement, replace any rotted sheathing at cost, and install a complete manufacturer system: ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment over the field, starter strip, ridge vent, and architectural or designer shingles. Most replacements finish in a single day with a four to six person crew.

Free inspection, full damage report, and direct work with your insurance adjuster from the first phone call.

No cost, paid through your claim

After a Wasatch hail event we will walk your roof, photograph every hit, and put together a Xactimate-format damage report that adjusters recognize. We meet your adjuster on the roof at no cost. If a claim is approved, we handle the supplement process and only collect your deductible.

Roof repair

Residential

Targeted fixes for leaks, missing shingles, flashing failures, and ice dam damage with a written 5 year repair warranty.

Repairs from $385

Not every roof needs replacement. We do honest repair work, from a single missing shingle to a full valley reflash, with a 5 year warranty on every repair we make. If a repair will not last more than two seasons we will tell you, in writing, before we take the job.

Metal & standing seam

Premium

24 gauge standing seam steel and copper roofing for mountain homes, modern builds, and accent porches.

From $24 per square foot installed

We install 24 gauge Galvalume and copper standing seam panels with 1 inch concealed clip seams, snow guards engineered for the Wasatch snow load, and a 40 year paint warranty from Sherwin Williams. Our metal crew is dedicated, with 11 years of average tenure on standing seam.

TPO and EPDM single-ply roofing for restaurants, small offices, and multi-family up to 30,000 sq ft.

We install 60 mil and 80 mil TPO and EPDM systems on flat and low-slope commercial buildings up to 30,000 square feet. Mechanically attached, fully adhered, or ballasted, with proper tapered insulation to manufacturer slope spec. Roof curbs, scuppers, and skylight reflashing included.

Annual maintenance plan

Service plan

A spring and fall inspection, debris removal, and small repairs included for one flat annual fee.

$385 per year for most homes

Two on-roof inspections a year, photographed and reported. Gutters and valleys cleared. Up to two minor repairs included, sealant refreshed at all penetrations. Plan members get priority scheduling on storm calls and a 10% discount on any repair beyond the plan scope.
