Three generations on North Broadway.

Roy Cutler came out of the Army in 1985 with a Snap-On mechanic certification and a small inheritance. He bought a two-bay building on North Broadway with a leaky roof and opened the shop the following spring. His first customer was the owner of the diner next door, who paid him in pancakes for six months.

Forty years later, we are still on the same block, in a building three times the size. Roy comes by on Tuesdays to drink coffee in the lobby and chase his grandkids around the parts counter. Marcus runs the shop. Jenna runs the front. And twelve ASE-certified technicians do the actual work.

What has not changed: every car on a lift gets a 56-point inspection, every quote is in writing, and every repair carries a 3 year nationwide warranty. The internet did not invent honest auto repair. Roy did not either, but he believed in it before it was a marketing strategy.
