Do you charge for diagnostics?
Most diagnostic services are $129 and are credited toward the repair if you have us perform the work. Simple check-engine code reads are always free.
Will repairs at your shop void my factory warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, factory warranties remain valid as long as we use parts that meet OE specifications and follow the manufacturer's procedures. We document everything to make warranty audits painless.
What is your warranty on repairs?
All parts and labor are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, at any NAPA AutoCare shop in North America. That is one of the longest warranties in the industry.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We accept Synchrony Car Care, which offers 6-month no-interest financing on repairs over $199, and 12 to 24 month plans on larger repairs.
Can I bring my own parts?
We respectfully ask that you do not. Our nationwide warranty depends on us sourcing parts through our supply network. We will price match most OE and aftermarket parts to keep things fair.
Do you work on European cars?
Yes. Two of our technicians are factory-trained on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen. We use OEM-level scan tools and follow factory repair information for every European service.
Can I get a loaner car?
We have four loaner vehicles available on a first-come basis for repairs scheduled four hours or longer. Reserve when you book to avoid disappointment.
Do you offer after-hours drop-off?
Yes. A secure 24-hour key drop is located by the front door. Fill out the envelope, drop the keys, and we will call you in the morning to confirm.
