The Warren King

Our most-booked room. Tall windows over Warren Street, brass bed, marble bath, and the soft hum of a small city outside.

Eight Warren Kings on the second and third floors, each with its own quirks of plaster and light. Custom mattresses by Avocado, percale linens by Frette, a Hudson Wool Co. throw at the foot of the bed, and a small writing desk under the window for the people who still write postcards.

The Garden Queen

Quieter ground-floor rooms facing the private garden courtyard, with French doors and a small private terrace.

Four Garden Queens, each with French doors opening to the courtyard. The garden is open to guests until 11pm and has a small reflecting pool, lavender beds, and a single bench under a Japanese maple.

The Hudson Suite

Our flagship suite on the top floor, with a separate sitting room, a copper soaking tub, and skyline views west to the Catskills.

Two Hudson Suites span the entire top floor. The sitting room has a velvet sofa, a small Murano chandelier, and a marble-topped bar with a Sub-Zero fridge stocked with local sparkling wine. The bath is its own room, with a freestanding copper tub by the window.

The Catskill Loft

Top-floor loft with exposed brick, original beams, a clawfoot tub by the window, and a queen daybed for one extra guest.

Two Catskill Lofts under the eaves, with original 1864 timber framing, exposed brick, and skylights that frame the night sky. A daybed in the dormer adds sleep capacity for a child or third guest.

The Townhouse

An adjacent two-bedroom townhouse with a private entrance, kitchen, dining table for six, and the same housekeeping and breakfast service as the hotel.

The Townhouse is the entire ground floor and basement of the adjacent 1872 brick rowhouse, connected to the hotel through a private garden gate. Ideal for two couples, a small family, or a long weekend with friends.

Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Early arrival luggage hold and late checkout subject to availability.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Inside 7 days, one night's room and tax is charged.

Children of all ages welcome. Cribs and rollaways are available; the Townhouse and Catskill Lofts sleep families best.

Pets

Four pet-friendly rooms; one-time $75 cleaning fee. Dogs up to 60 lb, please.
