One therapist, one room

Every session is with Sasha. No rotating staff, no rebuilding your story from scratch each visit.

Pressure tailored to you

We check in at the start and along the way. Deep enough to do the work, never more than feels right.

A small, calm ritual

Warmed table, dim lighting, soft music, and a quiet rest at the end. The whole hour is yours.

  • Swedish Relaxation

Long, flowing strokes designed to quiet the nervous system, ease everyday tension, and slow you all the way down. The classic of classics, refined to be deeply therapeutic rather than surface-level pampering.

  • Deep Tissue

Slow, focused work into chronic holding patterns and tight fascia. Therapeutic without the brace-yourself intensity many clients expect. Sasha works with your nervous system, not against it.

  • Hot Stone

Smooth basalt stones, gently warmed and worked into the back, shoulders, and feet. Deeply restful and quietly powerful. Heat reaches layers that hands alone rarely access.

  • Prenatal

A safe, supported session for the second and third trimesters, with bolstering and side-lying positions throughout. Sasha holds a specialty certification in perinatal bodywork.

Who we help

If any of this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

  • The desk-bound professional

Forward head. Tight traps. A neck that stopped rotating six months ago. You need more than a foam roller and a YouTube stretch routine.

  • The athlete between peaks

You train hard and recovery matters. You want specific, sport-aware work that helps you come back stronger, not generic relaxation.

  • The expectant parent

Growing a person is physical work. Safe, properly supported prenatal massage addresses what the body is asking for every trimester.

  • The chronically exhausted

You sleep but you do not rest. Your nervous system has been stuck in high gear for so long that you have forgotten what calm feels like.

  • The headache veteran

Monthly migraines or daily tension headaches that medications only partially touch. You want to address the neck and jaw, not just the symptom.

  • The first-timer who is nervous

You have been thinking about trying massage for a while but are not sure what to expect. This is a slow, consent-led, pressure-adjusted space. You are in charge.

How we practice

Four quiet rules we will never break.

Wildroot is a single-therapist studio built around attentive, unhurried care. These principles shape every session.

  • Listen first

Every session starts with a conversation. What brought you in, what has helped before, and what to avoid this time. We adapt to you, not the other way around.

  • Pressure is a conversation

We check in throughout every session. You will never need to white-knuckle through something that is too deep or too light. Feedback always changes the work.

  • The whole nervous system is in the room

We work with awareness of how the body holds stress, not just where the muscles are tight. Bodywork that ignores the nervous system is just mechanical.

  • One client, one room, full attention

Wildroot is a single therapist, single room studio. There is no waiting, no handoffs, and no one else in the building during your session.

What sets us apart

A single-therapist studio looks different in practice.

Most massage businesses optimize for volume. Wildroot optimizes for depth of care. Here is what that distinction looks like in your visit.

  • Who is in the room

Rotating staff, may be a different therapist each visit
Always Sasha. Your full history carries forward every time.
  • Session pacing

Back to back bookings with a quick table flip in between
Generous gaps between clients. The session starts and ends when it should.
  • Pressure decisions

Preset pressure options chosen at booking
Ongoing conversation about depth, pacing, and focus throughout
  • What happens after

Out the door immediately, receipt by email
A quiet rest period and a few minutes to reconnect before you leave
  • How add-ons work

Upsells offered at booking and at the desk
Optional aromatherapy mentioned once. No pressure, ever.

Client stories

In their own words.

  • I have had a lot of massages over the years and this is genuinely the best bodywork I have ever received. Sasha listens, adjusts, and somehow always finds the exact spot.

    Hannah M.

    Monthly client

  • The studio feels like a small sanctuary. I walked in carrying a week of laptop tension and walked out feeling like a different person.

    Devin O.

    First time client

  • I was nervous about prenatal massage and Sasha put me completely at ease. The bolstering was perfect and I slept better that night than I had in months.

    Priya R.

    Prenatal client, 30 weeks
