Three espressos, two pour-overs, one batch brew.
Eastern Prom on espresso, Casco Bay as batch brew, and two rotating single-origin pour-overs. We change the pour-over list every Tuesday with the new roast. Decaf is always available.

Three group La Marzocco Linea PB on the bar, pulling 18 to 19 gram doses through 19 gram VST baskets, single dialed in daily.
Pastries from Tandem
Croissants, scones, and morning buns delivered every morning from Tandem Bakery, a 6 minute drive up Congress Street.
Oat, almond, & whole milk only
We do not stock 18 milks. We stock three good ones, sourced from Smiling Hill Farm in Westbrook. Your latte will taste like the coffee.
Counter & courtyard seating
Eight stools at the counter, four window tables, and a small courtyard out the back open from May to October.

Public cupping
Open to anyone, free, capped at 12 people. We cup four to six coffees from the current roast list. Reservations required.
First Sunday of the month
Origin storytelling
Owen walks through one farm we buy from, what we paid, what we tasted, and what we will buy next. Free, capped at 18.

Wholesale partner cupping
Closed cupping for our 32 wholesale partners. New seasonal lots, new offerings on the wholesale list.

An hour on V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and French press. $25, includes a bag to take home.
