The roast list

Eight coffees, rotating with the harvest.

We carry eight coffees at a time. Singles rotate with the harvest cycle, blends stay year-round, and one slot is reserved for a small reserve lot we love but cannot keep stocked.

Suke Quto

Guji, Ethiopia

Natural · Light roast

$22 / 12 oz

Tesfaye Bekele's Suke Quto remains our most asked-for single origin. A jammy, fruit-forward natural with the bergamot lift that makes Guji coffees unmistakable. Best brewed as pour-over or in a Chemex.
