What is a typical all-in monthly cost?
A 60-user company on Secure typically runs $9K to $12K per month, all-in. That replaces a helpdesk vendor, a SOC, a vCIO, and most line-item project work.
Are projects billed separately?
Projects under 4 hours are included. Larger initiatives like a Windows 11 migration or a network refresh are scoped and quoted up front with a fixed fee.
Is there a long-term contract?
Standard agreement is 24 months with a 60-day off-ramp. Month-to-month is available at a 15% premium.
Do you have a minimum user count?
Yes. 25 users on Essential or Secure. Below that we'll refer you to a regional MSP that's a better fit.
